• TR GlowCare provides at-home skin care services performed by trained professionals.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You must provide accurate and complete information, including a safe and suitable environment for the service at your premises.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable by our professionals.

3. Professional Conduct

Our professionals are trained to deliver high-quality services. We expect our clients to maintain a respectful and safe environment. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards our professionals will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and potential legal action.

4. Health and Medical Conditions

You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments before receiving our services. While our protocols are designed by dermatologists, individual results may vary. You acknowledge that some treatments carry inherent, albeit rare, risks.

5. Limitation of Liability

TR GlowCare and its professionals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
